Description: The Legion of Food represents the food truck industry in Des Moines and is the first and only food truck association.  Ever.  Founded in 2015, the Legion of Food is a non-profit whose mission is to assist local mobile food vendors in Des Moines.  The group works directly with the city, county and state officials to ensure that members meet the highest standards of excellence for the Des Moines food scene.  Nick is also owner of the 515 Pi Food Truck and the The Beerhouse restaurant in Urbandale.  Come learn about how the food truck industry has crashed in and taken the City of Des Moines by storm!
