Of course\, the interior remodel includes updated carpet\, wall vinyl\, restrooms and an impressive first floor entry. The building is currently 70% leased including office users\, a ‘new to Des Moines’ independent sit-down restaurant and Starbucks.  \nParking is free south of the building (enter from 9th St southbound and the entrance is on your right/west.
