DESCRIPTION:BOMA Iowa is proud to host a building tour of 909 Locust in downtown Des Moines.  The building owner\, the Federal Home Loan Bank\, will offer guides to tour this 220\,000 sf building that is undergoing a $30 million+ renovation that includes all new mechanical systems\, roof\, streetscape\, wellness center\, life safety\, security systems and more. Of course\, the interior remodel includes updated carpet\, wall vinyl\, restrooms and an impressive first floor entry. The building is currently 70% leased including office users\, a ‘new to Des Moines’ independent sit-down restaurant and Starbucks.  \nParking is free south of the building (enter from 9th St southbound and the entrance is on your right/west.
