BOMA Education / Engineers Breakfast – OSHA’s New Regulations on Walking-Working Surfaces and Fall Protection Safety – Part I

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) published new regulations on Walking-Working Surfaces and Fall Protection Safety. The new regulations are for any employees that will be on a walking or working surface more than 4′ tall including ladders, scaffolds, and rope descent systems. Retraining of all employees on the new rules is mandatory, and this class will be a great start towards understanding them.
