Membership in BOMA Iowa is open to professionals in commercial real estate and vendor industries working in Iowa. These include:

Categories of Members

Federated Members: members who work for a business that owns or manages real estate.

Allied Members: members from businesses that supply goods or services to federated members of BOMA Central Iowa

Government Members: members who work for the government that owns or manages real estate.

Student Members: Defined as a full time student enrolled in a Real Estate Program
